In January 2025, the Fourvière Hôtel, perched on Fourvière hill, proudly obtained the Green Key label. This distinction underlines our commitment to sustainable tourism, combining respect for the environment with hotel excellence.

The Les Téléphones restaurant was also awarded 2 ecotable macaroons. Écotable is a social economy company that recognises restaurants committed to an ecological approach.

In the kitchen, our chefs and their brigades take pleasure in matching their dishes to seasonal produce and are inspired by what nature has to offer, as locally as possible.
